This PR adds a new endpoint to the dashboard for CLI authentication and bumps the version to 1.5.2.

Changes

Dashboard URLs
- Add route for CLI authentication in dashboard/urls.py
CLI Authentication View
- Implement authenticate_cli view in dashboard/views/cli_auth.py
Version Update
- Bump version to 1.5.2 in version.txt
