🔧 Fix SkillHub links and optimize scraper #239

This PR fixes the SkillHub links and optimizes the scraper for better performance.

Changes made:

Documentation
- Update docs/source/user_guide.md to correct SkillHub link.
Hub Management Command
- Add method to search GitHub for repositories containing .pilot-skills.yaml in hub/management/commands/collect_skills_hub_data.py.
- Optimize GitHub repository retrieval logic in the same file.
Frontend
- Improve skill usage instructions and update skill card colors in hub/templates/hub/skill_list.html.
