head cart scripts need updating in order to work (ros ticket #3418) #165

We corrected hcc.launch and hcc.machine. The other cart launch files need to reflect this change.

I'll do this if some enthusiastic person doesn't wrest it from me.

[bradski] The cart that I have is working, this ticket is also no longer relevant to ROS as released. It may have to be revisited if we want an M3 worthy cart package, but that is a different issue.
