To get pr2_controllers released, we'll have to fix this one string in the robot description, and send out a bugfix release of pr2_common.
The alternative is to delay a deprecation in the calibration controllers to a bugfix release of pr2_controllers, but that would mean sending out 2 bugfix releases instead of 1.
