switch head_tilt, head_pan, torso_lift, base collision to the low-res beta meshes (ros ticket #4297)

right now they are simple boxes or "slabs".

[hsu] also, wrist_roll, forearm_roll, upper_arm_roll collisions can be replaced with low poly count meshes as well.
