REP120 compliance #225

The PR2 link names do not meet the standard of the REP120 (http://www.ros.org/reps/rep-0120.html) at least for all the no-legs parts.

The PR2 frame naming significantly predates REP120, and the link names constitute part of the external API of the PR2. Changing the link names is not advisable since it would break existing applications.

I would welcome a patch that adds additional links with REP120-compliant names, that mirror existing non-compliant links.
