Making test_urdf independent from urdfdom ros package to avoid test from failing #232

I noticed that the test for the correctness of the urdf files is failing because of the fact that the urdfdom package can't be found. As recommended in the urdfdom package itself I made the test now independent from this package and using liburdfdom-dev instead.
