removed all playerstage xml schema urdf warnings
updated test to use xacro instead of the deprecated xacro.py and to use --inorder

Guys, I think you should enable Travis for this repo so there are tests for the PR-s. Nevertheless: I've ran the tests after these changes in a clean docker container with Kinetic.
