Wrist calibration controller may set NaN values during calibration (ros ticket #4325) #323

R wrist on pr1014 had a NaN value for the encoder offset. This probably was set by the wrist_calibration_controller. We need to inspect the controller and make sure that the values it sets aren't NaN. If there are invalid values, it should ROS_ERROR() them.
