I'm launching pr2_etherCAT on my machine, and another file immediately after that. It looks like pr2_etherCAT is halting motors on startup. This only happens the first time I load the program. After I load it once, the program seems to start faster and motors don't halt. Motors halt because of a watchdog timeout.
