Indigo branch #325

Not sure if I did this right. Please don't merge into hydro-devel, but create an indigo-devel branch and then merge my commits. Thanks

I think this should work in Hydro as well, and would prevent having to maintain a separate branch for Indigo.

True, but it will complicate moveit_docs/moveit.rosinstall; some packages have indigo-specific branches, some don't. IMHO call the branch master or create branches per release... :)

Indigo devel created. Please make a PR for that branch.
