Up to enforce_clock_speed, which we did not discover yet (thank you, less warnings!), we use the same configuration on our PR2.

I hesitated to push this upstream before, because there are quite a number of custom PR2 machines up to now which of course might use different configs anyway. But then there is the "official" indigo servers by Clearpath, so upstream might as well match them.
