don't bother. the pr2_web_apps and supporting packages are very old and outdated. They're web-based, but they predate roslibjs by two or three generations.

I listed the PR2 web stack as obsolete on the migration guide over a year ago: http://wiki.ros.org/pr2_robot/HydroMigration
