Craft a query to lookup multiple search terms in preprint titles

Calling couchDB and/or no-SQL experts. Currently, the COVID-19 Dashboard (find it on localhost:3000/dashboard once you have your local environment and build set up) only GET s preprints with COVID-19 in the title. We'd love it if we could do an or query, i.e. retrieve preprints with COVID-19 or coronavirus or SARS-CoV-2 in the title.
