The Globus submission system will enable PRIDE Users to submit their data using Globus. Among the benefits:
Control over the transfer service/process, similar to other transfer clients like FileZilla.
Dynamically create folders for transfer that are unique to each user, similar to the FTP Dropbox system we have with Aspera, but with user access only to their folder.
Faster and better speed for data submission. This needs to be proved. #3
