Different to PRIDE where submissions are performed using the PX submission tool. For the epma database submissions must be performed using Web tool. These are some of the functionalities:
[ ] Create a submission folder in Globus to transfer all the data related to the dataset.
[ ] Create the submission XML/Json (similar to PRIDE submission PX file). In this step, the open metadata related to the submission must be annotated. NOTE: This issue should be discussed in details.
