We have to define the submission guidelines to EPMA database. Similar to PRIDE Submission guidelines, it would be good to have a group of guidelines that define what a submission to EPMA database will look like, including file formats, metadata requirements and legal process #8.
The submission guidelines are more related to the structure of the dataset while other guidelines, for example, the legal framework #8, are related to other aspects of the submission, legal documents, or data policy etc.
