Need to add Ontology term to PX Tool #44

Quantification: Dimethyl Labeling (DML) Software: MaxQuant Instrument: Velos Pro (instead of Plus), and please add the Q Exactive HF Modification: ADP-ribosylation

@deeptijk software do not exist as a category for partial submissions, then we can not add the term MaxQuant. I will work on the other three.

@deeptijk Velos Plus is the name of the CvTerm https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols/ontologies/ms/terms?iri=http%3A%2F%2Fpurl.obolibrary.org%2Fobo%2FMS_1001909&viewMode=All&siblings=false we can't change that, the term needs to be added first in the ols.
