User meets an issue when submitting proteomic data through ProteomeXchange submission tool. https://helpdesk.ebi.ac.uk/Ticket/Display.html?id=429676

Can you explain the issue here @davco6 ?

The user cannot pass through the step 3 during the submission. The dataset contains: wiff and wiff.scan files, mzid file, mgf file, and search files

@davco6 we need explanation about:

File formats, screenshot of the files> One example file... We don't have a way to know whats going on if you only said, the user can't pass step 3

Here it is more info about the error.

Does it mean that within the mzid file it is named peak files not uploaded?

It means the within the mzid file the named/referenced file is not peak file. All the files referenced by mzid ( with in ) should PEAK files
