Can't finish submission #125

I've been trying to upload some data to Pride using the Pxsubmission tool on windows10. After a lot fiddling with configuration by our system admin, we've got it working to the point where 'All your files have been uploaded successfully', but the 'Finish' button remains greyed-out and no submission reference is displayed (see attachment). What can be done about this?

The system is: Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1803 OS build 17134.1365

Hello, Same problem here, with the px-submission-tool version 2.5.2.

Config : Windows 10 Professional Version 20H2 OS build 19042.1237

Same here with the px-submission-tool version 2.5.4.

We have been having the same issue with 2.5.4. I contacted PRIDE support and they told me it was an issue with our institutes firewall. I worked with IT to show that was not the case and have not heard back from PRIDE support since... that was over a month ago.

This looks more like a problem with your infrastructure than a problem with the submission tool. pride-support@ebi.ac.uk can be helpful to give you other options like FTP loading.

Actually we verified our infrastructure and the reviewed PRIDE support, and I looked at other posts online, and see that this appears to be more of an issue with the ProteomeXchange submission tool. There are quite a few complaints online that the tool has this same issue. I do not appreciate this being closed as the issue was never resolved, but I suggest y'all review the tool as it seems as though there is a bug on your end.
