TCP22 & UDP33001 error #137

Hi, Ive tried multiple times without any success to upload my files to pride using aspera and FTP. Please find attached a screenshot of both errors which appear at the final stage when the submission starts. The last line of the log file says:

Issue was resolved after IT allowed firewall access to the ebi server.
