Bulk submission not working as expected

I have >600 TimsTOF files and I have seen there is the option to bulk submit using a custom.px file. I created such file but when I select bulk submission and upload that nothing happens, it just skips to the upload all files and set filetype and so on, which imho defies the purpose of having a file where all these relationships are set.

What is the correct way of uploading all files using only the custom submission.px?

Hi, Can you please check with the latest version of the tool and use and check for your submission.log file for any errors in parsing the submission.px
