Pride Converter 2 crashes when reading MSGF result file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start PrideConverter2: java -jar pride-converter-2.0-SNAPSHOT.jar
2. Click Launch Pride Converter
3. Choose MSGF and click Next
4. Choose MSGF file QC_Shew_10_05_pt5_2_14Jul10_Earth_10-05-11.msgf via Browse 
button
5. Click Next
6. Progress bar appears, but soon after see message "Error executing background 
job"; here is a partial stack trace (note you misspelled "error" as "wrror"):

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Was hoping it could load this file since I can easily transform our MS/MS 
search results into this format.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
pride-converter-2.0RC5.tar.gz on 64-bit Windows 7
