Hello,
Could we please add the following TMT16 plex labels "TMT133N, TMT133C, TMT134N" to the PRIDE ontology section? We are trying to upload TMT-16plex files onto Proteome exchange and the SDRF file keeps failing as the ontology doesn't have TMT16plex labels.
