Need to have a better look graph. So few points to improve :

extText class for nodes extensions name in 6px
invisible line around links to improve selection and over events
On over and select events, move node or link in the tags structure of the svg to place the element in first plan
add a key style on node and links with a graph connection on style element if value is specified
Improve d3 force to reduce collision between nodes
Do scenarios on color elements to improve look design

Done : key style set on nodes and links in d3 and springy. (Minor error on springy links - bad attribute place - fix on next push)

Correction : key style affect directly the node group. fix on next push. Find a way to affect the arrow link too. Need maybe an issue.
