RheMAP was run on a displaced NMTv1.3 template #3

The template used as NMTv1.3 in RheMAP is not consistent with the version offered on https://github.com/jms290/NMT/tree/master/NMT_v1.3

Any warp including NMTv1.3 will thus be off. We will re-run and update the data-set.

Fixed. RheMAP v1.1 is on Zenodo.
