Add method(s) to IGeoCoder to fetch a static map. 

 - Yahoo: http://developer.yahoo.com/maps/rest/V1/
 - Microsoft: http://community.softteq.com/blogs/nick/archive/2009/01/11/the-
virtual-earth-web-services-are-slow.aspx (remove "staging.")
 - Google: http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/staticmaps/
