Unable to run genthat on optimx #144

gen_from_package fails with

lazy-load database '/home/krikava/R/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-library/3.4/optimx/help/optimx.rdb' is corrupt

The problem is extracting the code from examples - the tools::Rd_db call.
