instead of the ProjectArcade logo, the WebPanel displays a broken or missing file icon

WebPanel will be rewritten, the new panel will be available in ProjectArcade version 1.5.4-beta3 or 1.5.5

The panel has been updated. The update will be available in version 1.5.5

Regarding the logo, due to the nature of the EmulationStation web server, the logo cannot be displayed
