Fix: MS2 E2E Flakyness

Summary

Addresses problems with the e2e tests of the new MS which lead to tests that occasionally will fail without any problematic changes to the tested functionality

Details

• Changed the file structure of the e2e tests for the new Management System to be able to consolidate some duplicated code and apply the following changes to all tests
• Changed the process list cleanup function to wait for the process list being fully loaded before trying to remove all processes
• Added helper functions for opening and closing modals that should prevent occasionally occurring problems when interacting with elements in still opening modals or with elements that are occluded by still closing modals
• Using the open modal and close modal functions in the test
