Process-list scroll and pagination

Summary

• added scroll + pagination in process-list
• max processes per page: 20

closes #239

Note:

Opted for 20 processes per page, as testing functionality over multiple pages with a lot of processes per page causes timeout (since it takes too long to create that many processes). Nevertheless, had to mark tests over multiple pages as slow to increase the timeout bound.
