Minor QoL changes #29

Hi,

This PR just makes 2 minor changes to the first person example:

  1. Adds a rotation lock to the PlayerBody - this prevents camera shake whilst moving up slopes/into objects
  2. Confine the camera's vertical rotation between up and down - this prevents the camera from being vertically rotated 360°
