Hi Sebastian,
We do indeed have these in PRO, but using updated names. I've added SGOT and SGPT (and related terms) as synonyms.
Both SGOT and SGPT are encoded by two different genes in humans, four total. The terms we have are:
SGOT: PR:000008153 "aspartate aminotransferase, cytoplasmic" (I'll call it SGOTc) PR:P17174 "aspartate aminotransferase, cytoplasmic (human)" PR:000008154 "aspartate aminotransferase, mitochondrial" (I'll call it SGOTm) PR:P00505 "aspartate aminotransferase, mitochondrial (human)"
SGPT: PR:000008208 "alanine aminotransferase 1" (I'll call it SGPT1) PR:P24298 " alanine aminotransferase 1 (human)" PR:000008209 "alanine aminotransferase 2" (I'll call it SGPT2) PR:Q8TD30 "alanine aminotransferase 2 (human)"
Just which of these should be included in the term you request isn't fully clear, unless you strictly want those that are (mostly) expressed in liver. I say not clear because you also mentioned heart-derived transaminases, and here it gets a bit mixed:
SGOTc is the form indicated as heart (and others) SGOTm is the form from liver (and others) SGPT1 is the form from liver, kidney, heart (and others) SGPT2 is the form from muscle, kidney, brain (and others)
A purely hepatic-related term would be SGOTm and SGPT1, though Wikipedia indicates the one of predominant clinical interest is SGPT (it doesn't say which version, though I surmise that it is actually SGPT1). Please advise.

Going through old requests and closing those that were finished long ago or marking as "pending" those that await input from the requester. If your request is marked Pending, please advise as to whether the request has been satifactorily addressed or is no longer needed.

Dear PRO Team,
we would like to use PRO for defining HPO-classes, such as "Elevated hepatic transaminases".
For this we would need PRO classes, such as SGOT (serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase) and SGPT (serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase). These transaminases primarily found in the liver and heart and are released into the bloodstream as the result of liver or heart damage. SGOT and SGPT are used clinically mainly as markers of liver damage.
Are these already in PRO? (I couldn't find them so far)
Is it possible to create a general class for "hepatic transaminases", which will include SGOT and SGPT?
Thank you for your help, Sebastian
