I have previously requested phosphorylated/nonphsophorylated forms of proteins.

is it possible to get unphosphorylated hypophosphorylated (mitotic interphase) hyperphosphorylated (mitotic M-phase) forms of a protein/

Cdc11 (O74473) has 3 distinct forms throughout the cell cycle, but I don' yet know which residues. Also because there are so many phosphor sites we are unlikely to request residue-specific modified forms, but we could extend these items to indicate the collection of modified residues.

Hi Val, Based on a previous paper (PMID:11676915), what they call hypophosphorylated form (1) is actually fully unphosphorylated. I named the terms accordingly. Let me know if these meet your needs.

PR:000050568 = unphosphorylated (aka hypophosphorylated 1) PR:000050569 = hypophosphorylated (aka hypophosphorylated 2) PR:000050570 = hyperphosphorylated (aka hyperphosphorylated 3)

This sounds good, val
