I'm still a bit confused by the search. I'm using the search box at the top of the page with the UniProt ID, and this is what I see:
The issue with the search is that using the UniProtKB identifier works only for cases of covalent protein chain modification. These GTP/GDP bound forms are not of that type. If there is no specific residue of interest, there's no need to reference the sequence, and thus no need to reference UniProtKB. The GTP/GDP bound forms will always reference the 'main' protein, so searching with that name (as given in UniProtKB) will get what you want. Alternatively you can do a second search with the species-level result obtained as above; that is, PR:000050541 (the top search result is the strain-level term).
