I added the terms for the proteins that could be mapped to a reviewed entry in UniProtKB (Swiss-Prot), Other entries need closer inspection since they could be redundant entries that would map to an existing PRO ID or new terms where protein names and gene names need to be curated. The working version of the ontology is available at http://pir.georgetown.edu/projects/pro/pro\_wv.obo. I will continue to update the file as I add more terms.
