Dovetail playback issues in IE #178

Seeing some over-counting of downloads on Windows 10 / MS Edge:

  1. Initial play request doesn’t work. Fetches the episode, but then pauses. Clicking play a 2nd time works as expected.
  2. In the dev tools, seeing 3x requests for the original file (going podtrac -> blubrry -> DT-406). This will result in over-counting the downloads.
