Per this slack thread, we may want to start supporting videos in the player.

Currently, the episode-player just says "not available". And the playlist-player does include the video <item>, but just plays the audio from it.

So...

Update: this should be a completely different iframe/endpoint, if we do this. But very low priority, so closing.
