remove setting NEXT_SHARP_PATH from Dockerfile

To Review

[ ] Checkout Branch.
[ ] Run asdf install.
[ ] Run yarn.
[ ] Run yarn build.
[ ] Run yarn start.
[ ] Go to http://localhost:4300/e?uf=https://onmymind.feeds.wamu.org&ge=prx_2106_154e3fbf-0fc1-417a-afa9-79dd9e7103cc

...then...

[ ] Ensure app loads and images are delivered optimized as webp format.
[ ] Ensure no errors are logged in terminal.

If you run yarn start:standalone images should still be optimized, but app will be broken since some static assets such as css and js may not load. Still looking into how to properly startup standalone server locally.
