Move image transforms to porter #548

Not sure how best to do this. Definitely WIP, as all we have now is the piping to actually call methods after controller actions are called.

Commit messages cover my thinking pretty well.

@cavis @chrisrhoden Before this gets merged. I'm not sure yet that that I can make the changes to Porter in a way that is 100% backwards compatible. So this may need bit of extra work once I'm done with those changes.
