#43: install Taxopress for auto-tagging

• Installs Taxopress plugin
• Suggests terms based on content in the post.

To Review

• [x] Checkout Branch.
• [x] Run npm run local (or npm run refresh if you want a fresh database.)
• [x] Go to http://the-world-wp.lndo.site/.

...then...

• [x] Go to taxopress' dashboard and disable all the things EXCEPT "Suggest Terms"
• [x] Click on "suggest terms" in the sidebar menu under taxopress settings
• [x] Edit the option for "suggest terms" and here is where you can add the Open Calais API key found here
• [ ] Edit a post, scroll all the way to the bottom and ensure that you can suggest tags.
• [ ] Now try to suggest tags based on existing taxonomy
• [ ] Then try it using Open Calais
• [ ] Note how all selected terms end up in the "Tags" field in the sidebar.
