fix import button shown after changing from day w/ imports to day w/o

To Review

[ ] Checkout Branch.
[ ] Run npm run local (or npm run refresh if you want a fresh database.)
[ ] Go to http://the-world-wp.lndo.site/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=episode&page=import-episode

...then...

[ ] Use calendar to select a day with imports.
[ ] Note import button is shown.
[ ] Use calendar to select a day without imports.
[ ] Ensure import button is no longer shown.
