152: Editor blocks and styling

Closes #152

• Hides unsupported blocks from post editor.
• Hides block patterns from post editor.
• Hides unsupported or problematic options from supported blocks.
• Hides unsupported or problematic rich text formats.
• Styles editor to layout blocks similar to front-end feature layout.

To Review

• [ ] Checkout Branch.
• [ ] Run npm run local (or npm run refresh if you want a fresh database.)
• [ ] Log into http://the-world-wp.lndo.site/wp-admin/.

...then...

• [x] Edit a post.
  • NOTE: Due to issues still present in the content migration, images will not initially load with their correct layout.
• [x] Select an image. In the sidebar, open the Settings context menu and click Reset all. This will be what images should migrate over as with default formatting.
• [x] Change image alignment. Ensure layouts look closer to what would be n the frontend.
• [x] Try inserting your own image.
• [x] Try inserting a YouTube video.
• [x] Try Inserting a Vimeo video.
• [x] Try Inserting a Tweet.
• [x] Try Inserting a pullquote.
• [x] Note that blocks available are in line with what can currently be handled by the front-end.
• [x] Note that the options for each block is in line with what can currently be handled by the front-end. (Should only see the Advanced options in the sidebar.)
• [x] Select some text in a paragraph and check the formatting options.
• [x] Note formatting options are in line with what is currently supported by the front-end.
• [x] Mouse over space between blocks and click the + button, then click Browse all.
• [x] Ensure Patterns tab is not shown.

@rpeterman-gp This works as described. There is one issue with pullquotes - that I can't replicate on live

1. Create a pullquote
2. Type in content, when you press space, the space is removed after I type in the content
3. I was able to replace the space after tabbing to the next field.
