Improve Image editing workflow

1. Click on Media in the admin
2. Upload a new image file
3. Click on the image file (opens a modal): the Modal does not contain License field information.
4. Click on the link to edit image metadata in the very bottom of modal
5. Now you are in a better image editing experience

Notes:

• alt text and license fields should be required
• Can we bypass/disable the modal?

Using the List view on the Media dashboard avoids the modal. I will show this to the editors.
