Files to run exports (for GP and otherwise)

NOTE: The review steps are to run the GP export. However, I think this plugin will have utility for running reports for Resource Development. I suggest we merge the plugin for future use.

• Installs PRO version of WP All Export
• disables s3 plugin for now

To Review

• [ ] Checkout Branch.
• [ ] Run npm run local (or npm run refresh if you want a fresh database.)
• [ ] Go to http://the-world-wp.lndo.site/.

...then...

• [ ] In the left rail go to "All Export" and open the settings
• [ ] Add the API key stored in Last Pass (under https://www.wpallimport.com)
• [ ] Save settings
• [ ] Click on New Export
• [ ] Select Posts
• [ ] Click on Advanced Filtering
• [ ] Add author contains globalpost
• [ ] Confirm there's about 57k items
• [ ] Run export (I recommend adjusting settings to account
• [ ] keep browser window open until it finishes
• [ ] Export files can be found in /wp-content/uploads/wpallexport/ directory
