Clear dev environment cache is running in parallel with the sync code. It will be better to remove that step because it won't be necessary after pushing new code to pantheon dev environment since the code will need to be moved to Live to read from the Front End.
Something to think about is if there is necessary a way to deploy from dev to test and from test to live automatically after a new code is pushed.
