I imported the TTD RSS into staging long ago. And some of the images in there were invalid (non-square).

So now, you can't save the episode in the UI, but the nested-error message shows up nowhere.

[ ] Confirm the current RSS importer will mark bad images as invalid (after they process)
[ ] Make nested image errors show up in the UI
