Design: Dynamic Show Notes

Allow podcasts feeds to be configured to include a "footer" in the descriptions for feeds and episodes.

This can then be populated with links, such as to a privacy policy, and/or to opt-out of certain kinds of ads (e.g. perhaps for programmatic ads from exchanges that do targeting based on the IP address)

This seems worth implementing as a more general functionality, to allow "dynamic" footers to descriptions, even if privacy policies and opt-out links are reason to prioritize this.

We could also allow the use of these footers to dynamically insert other info, such as links to the episode landing page, transcripts,

We could eventually include other information from dovetail, such as a dynamically generated list of current sponsors and any related tag line or even promo link associated with them?
