Audio segment error info is hard to find #964

If there are errors in processing audio splits on a single file, an Error badge shows up next to Media Files, but it's very hard to find the details about the error. Currently they are hidden under the (i) info button on the Mark Ad Breaks card, but that's not super obvious.

Maybe the details could be displayed if you click the Error badge and/or, maybe the error badge should also show up next to the info button

+1. We should probably also make that "here are your final sliced segments" modal better. Or move that into the page itself. That was initially a debugging tool that's just hung around.
