Include house ads and cross promotions in producer-facing side of Adze, including on dashboard

Going to set this as a 2 and Low priority -- once we have regular ads working, shouldn't be too hard to add this (the tricky part may be making a consistent ad ops process to get ads or house ads in consistently)
